About
We started Crafend because software deserves better than being assembled.
Too many builds are strung together from half-understood parts by teams that leave before the dust settles. We're the opposite: a small, senior group that owns a problem end-to-end and hands it back better than it was scoped.

Why we exist
We got tired of watching problems get sold instead of solved.
We're techies first. We kept watching real problems get answered with more scope instead of a real fix — so we decided to build the fix ourselves.
So we made a rule: take on less, go deeper. What we say yes to, we see all the way through.
Software you don't have to fight to trust. It does the job and stays out of your way.
How we think
Four things we refuse to compromise on.
Craft, not speed theatre
Fast is what happens when it's done right the first time — not when you skip the parts that matter.
You own everything
Your repos, your infrastructure, your documentation. We build it, you keep it.
Founders on every build
The people who scope your project are the ones who build it. No hand-offs, no hidden juniors.
We'll tell you not to build it
If a project doesn't need us — or shouldn't be built at all — you'll hear that before you spend a dollar.
Who's behind it
Small, senior, hands-on.
Crafend is a small, senior studio. Whoever scopes your build is the one who writes it. No middlemen, no offshore relay, no hidden juniors, and a direct line to the person doing the work. Everyone building it brings 7+ years — across product companies, startups, and service teams.
Why work with someone new
Being new isn't the risk. It's why you get more.
A direct line to the founders
No account manager relaying messages. You talk to the people actually writing the code.
Full attention, not a slice of it
We're taking on a handful of projects, not hundreds. Yours gets the attention it deserves.
Every reason to earn it
No legacy contracts to protect, no reputation to coast on. Just the drive to make this one count.
