Who runs this site

This is the website of Crafend, a small, fully-remote software studio built and run by its founders. We're the people who wrote this page, and the people who answer when you write back.

What this site is

A place to see how we work and to start a conversation — nothing more. These pages describe what Crafend does; they're information, not a binding offer, a quote, or a contract. Every real engagement starts with a written agreement that sets out scope, price and timeline, and that agreement governs the work — never a line of marketing copy.

Using it

We keep everything here as accurate as we can and fix what we find, but we provide the site as-is: we can't promise it's error-free, or that every figure stays current between updates. Where we link out to someone else's site, what happens over there is on them, not us.

Whose work is whose

The design, code and words on this site are ours — please don't lift them wholesale. Any client names, project details or logos belong to their owners and appear with permission. Want to quote or reference something? Ask us; we're easy about it.

Anything you send us through the contact form or by email is covered by the privacy policy — short version: we use it to reply to you, and for nothing else.

Where the limits are

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for what you do with the information on a marketing site — decisions about a project belong in the signed agreement, where the real commitments and their limits are written down. Nothing here takes away a right the law doesn't let us sign away.
